Shipping Policy
All products are custom made by myself Monday-Friday. Please allow 1-3 business days for your product to be made, packed and shipped. You will be emailed a tracking number from NZ post and the courier will collect this the next business day.

Please note we send our rural deliveries on an overnight service however please allow an additional 1-3 business days for delivery.

Shipping : $8 Flat Rate - Overnight Tracked 
Rural Shipping : Additional $4 Charge

Refund & Returns Policy

 Unfortunately due to the products being custom made we can't offer a refund or exchange unless the product is damaged.

Refunds for broken products are dependent on damage and if you wish to keep the product; or you can return your product for a full refund or a new product if we have stock. Please email us and we will asses the damage and let you know what options are available.

We do not accept change of mind returns, wrong sizing returns, or similar. Please choose carefully when selecting your products as under no circumstances will we offer a return or exchange for a wrongly selected product. We only accept returns for damaged or faulty items.

Once you have placed your order that order is final. We do not accept cancellations of any orders.

Postage will not be included into the refund. You will need to organise this yourself. 

We suggest tracked postage for returns if you choose non tracked and it gets lost in transit we will not be held liable.
